FIELD: drilling of soil or rock.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a rock-breaking tool, preferably of a hydromonitor type, namely to their washing units. Flushing assembly of drilling bit includes a housing with a channel and a seat having an annular bore, nozzle installed in seat with sealing element and arranged in annular lock split ring, fixing assembly. Fixing assembly consists of a plate, a latch and a protective cover. One of the end portions of the locking cut-off ring is provided with a plate rigidly connected to the locking cut-off ring and formed with a blind groove on the upper end, and the other end portion of the locking split ring is provided with a latch connected to the locking cut ring to be pivotable by an axis. When in a working position, a free end of the latch is arranged in the slot of the plate to interact with the side wall of the plate and fixed relative to the plate by means of a screw. Latch and the plate for this fastening have coaxial holes and an internal thread in the hole of the plate. Protective casing is performed as a cylindrical two-stage one with the internal channel, the step of a larger diameter has the external thread that corresponds to the internal thread in the socket of the flushing assembly, and its end in working position, presses the plate and the latch to the locking cut-off ring and packing, and a step of smaller diameter ends near the end of the nozzle and its end in the working position presses the nozzle against the body of the washing unit by means of an elastic element in the form of a sealing ring rigidly fixed in the annular groove at that end of the nozzle, which interacts with the end of the stage of a smaller diameter of the protective casing. Plate and the latch are in the space between the step of smaller diameter and the inner surface of the socket. Protective casing at the output end flush with the body has at least four longitudinal through holes at a radial distance, which is equal to the radial distance to the specified screw. In at least two longitudinal through holes, carbide-tipped cylindrical inserts are pressed, each of which is equal to the thickness of a step of a larger diameter of the protective casing, and the inner channel of the protective casing is made with a screw thread.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of the washing unit.
