FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cosmetology, and can be used to model the figure of a person with simultaneous healing of the skin and the human body. For this, several stages of exposure to the body are consistently carried out. In step a), at least a part of the human body in the shower, sauna bath, phyto barrel, or infrared cabin is heated. In stage b) irrigation of the heated human body with warm natural or mineralized water is carried out. In step c), brown seaweed gel is preheated to 38–45 °C and applied to the heated human skin. In step d), the surface of the human skin is heavily lubricated with a massage oil with laminaria. In stage e) the body is massaged with lymphatic drainage movements with simultaneous warming peeling cleansing of the skin from the formed keratinized particles from the surface of the skin.
EFFECT: method provides effective weight reduction, correction of cellulite, reduced turgor and skin tone, as well as general rejuvenation of the human body.
