FIELD: medicine; restorative medicine.

SUBSTANCE: body correction is carried out in 4 consecutive stages. At the first stage, the massage is performed sequentially in five positions, combining the technique of myofascial smoothing, the technique of lymphatic drainage and connective tissue massage, as well as the technique of pinching and tapping. At the second stage, the massage is performed in two positions and combined with peeling which includes the following components: seaweed, propylene glycol, polysaccharides, sea salt. In the third stage, a caffeine-based massage gel is applied from bottom to top to the upper edge of the trapezius muscle. Then the patient is turned over on his back and the gel is applied from top to bottom, ending with the tips of his toes. At the fourth stage, in the supine position, the patient is wrapped in a film, a sheet is wrapped over the film and a thermal blanket is placed on top. Then the patient is given tea in a volume of 350 ml, which includes honey, lime, lemon and mint. Between drinking, face and head massages are alternately performed.

EFFECT: method allows to achieve a prolonged cosmetic effect, and increase lymphatic drainage function.
