FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of engineering and concerns a device for manufacturing workpieces of thermoplastic bags for vacuum cleaners, as well as a method of manufacturing them implemented on this device. Device comprises a roll holder with conveying rollers, a table, an assembly that splits the workpiece into the upper and lower layers, an draw-out bar provided with a limit switch, pneumatic actuators of the extraction bar with solenoid valves of the draw-out bar, a frame with heating elements made in the form of a transverse nichrome string, a mating part of the frame on which the strips of fluoroplastic-silicone rubber are fixed, a traverse equipped with a limit switch, and pneumatic actuators of the traverse with solenoid valves of the traverse. There is also a control unit with a timer and a power source, control buttons "Start", "Stop" and a bag size switch. Fixed part of the limit switch of the parking position of the draw-out bar and fixed parts of the limit switch, which determine the size of the bags, have the appropriate electrical connections to the inputs of the control unit. Frame with the heating elements is mechanically coupled to the traverse. On the traverse there is a movable part of the traverse limit switch, which is movable between the fixed part of the traverse upper position limit switch and the fixed part of the traverse lower position limit switch. Fixed parts of the traverse upper and lower position limit switches have electrical connections to the corresponding inputs of the control unit. Pneumatic actuators of the draw-out bar and pneumatic actuators of the traverse are controlled by control signals sent to their solenoid valves from the corresponding outputs of the control unit. Heating elements have corresponding connections to the outputs of the control unit and are connected to the power supply for a time determined by the timer. Method includes locking of the bag size switch in a certain position, starting of the cycle for manufacturing the blanks of thermoplastic bags by pressing the "Start" button, in which the air-permeable thermoplastic material is drawn from the roll holder over the conveying rolls and positioned above and below the assembly for splitting blanks to the upper and lower layers. Then, air-permeable thermoplastic material is fed from the assembly for splitting blanks to the upper and lower layers onto the mating part of the frame by means of the draw-out bar moved by pneumatic actuators of the draw-out bar. Pneumatic actuators are controlled by the signals sent to the solenoid valves of the draw-out bar from the corresponding output of the control unit.
EFFECT: improvement of the quality of heat seals and the quality of burned-through holes in the blanks of thermoplastic bags for vacuum cleaners and reduction of electricity consumption.
