FIELD: plastic welding; making of polyethylene film packets. SUBSTANCE: material unwinding unit of device has two knives. One of knives is spring-loaded and installed on axle of accumulator lever for separating material layers. Second knife is installed in unwinding unit on rod for displacement and turning. Hold-down and support of film welding unit have spaces for cooling agent and longitudinal slots for heater. The latter is made in form of wire secured on crossmember by means of spring compensator. Hold-down is freely hanging on crossmember furnished with adjustable stop. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
