SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and is a method for preventing coccidiosis of broiler chickens when growing them for meat, comprising the introduction of coccidiostats into their feed, characterized in that as coccidiostats, a composition consisting of diacox and coccisan 12 % is added to the feed of broiler chickens, before being added to the feed, coccidiostats are mixed with zeolite in a ratio of 1:1:10, and separately pharmacocid 10, wherein deacoccus and coccisin 12 % are added to the feed from 3–5 days of age, for 30 days, at doses, respectively, 500 g per 1 ton of feed, then from 33–35 days of age and until the end of the growing period, pharmacocid 10 at a dose of 1,250 g per 1 ton of feed is added, and the drug feeding is stopped 5 days before killing.

EFFECT: invention provides a high prophylactic effectiveness of coccidiosis of broiler chickens, allows increasing their safety and average daily weight gain, minimizing the appearance of coccidiostatic-resistant Eimeria strains.
