SUBSTANCE: presented vaccine contains an antigen in the form of a suspension of mixed sporulated oocysts of the coccidiosis strains deposited in the collection of the State Scientific Institution All-Russian Scientific Research Veterinary Institution of Poultry Industry of Russian Agricultural Academy - the coccidiosis strain Eimeria acervulina L-2-15 KE No.2, the coccidiosis strain Eimeria maxima L-3-2 KE No.3, the coccidiosis strain Eimeria necatrix L-4-18 KE No.4, the coccidiosis strain Eimeria tenella L-1-23 KE No.1 taken in relations 3000:500:1000:1000 of sporulated oocysts in one immunising dose; a preserving agent is 1% chloramine.
EFFECT: invention provides producing immunity to four types of eumeria in chickens, has a long shelf life.
