FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the grenade launcher grenades and, in general, to the over-caliber grenades. Grenade contains fragments-forming element, explosive substance charge, rocket engine or firing rod. At that, the grenade has form of the biconvex disk, pivotally connected to the rocket engine or having fins firing rod. In addition, the grenade is equipped with remote fuse and the disk in flight turning device. Fragments-forming element is displaced inside the biconvex disk to its symmetry plane so, that the total center of masses of the explosive substance charge, the hinge element, disk rotation assembly, electric powered timer and fuse is located on the rocket engine or firing rod longitudinal axis, to which the grenade body is fixed by the breakable mount.
EFFECT: increase in the range and increase in the shooting accuracy.
