Grenade for a side-impact grenade launcher contains a charge of an explosive, a fragmentation element, a rocket engine and a timer. Grenade also has a gyroscope connected to a fuse. Fragmentation element of the grenade is located on one side of the explosive charge, the grenade rotating relative to the longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: increase in the damaging effect of the grenade in one direction is achieved.
