SUBSTANCE: device for determining gas volume involved in the mass-exchanging process in the gas-liquid system. Invention relates to device for determining gas volume involved in the mass-exchanging process in the gas-liquid system for calculating the rate of the mass-exchanging process, on the basis of which the mass-transfer coefficient used in the development of new and modernization of known industrial mass-exchanging apparatuses is calculated. Device for determining gas volume involved in the mass-exchanging process in the gas-liquid system comprises a container for the gas to be examined and a container for the liquid to be examined, which are made in the form of cylinders with a measuring scale. Container for the gas and container for the liquid are provided with a movable piston. Container the liquid is connected to the container for the gas from the bottom.
EFFECT: simplified device, allowing to determine gas volume involved in the mass-exchanging process in the gas-liquid system.
