FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure pneumatic installations for the transportation of bulk materials in a closed space and can be used in the construction and operation of snow and ice winter roads and ice airfields. Pressure pneumatic conveying installation is mounted in the form of attachments on basic machine (1) with the possibility of snow transportation and the implementation of its heating in the closed space before the compaction of road surface during the construction and operation of winter roads and ice airfields. Basic machine is equipped with a hinged auger snow blower (2), which supplies a stream of snow and air directed under the pressure created by an auger device to sectional discharge pipe (3) consisting of a straight section and curved sections at the ends. Initial section is connected to auger snow blower (2), and an end portion is connected to nozzle (9) configured to distribute the transported snow over the width of the basic machine for subsequent compaction. Discharge pipe (3) is also mounted on the basic machine by means of supports (15) and is provided with system of branch pipes (6) and flexible pipes (5, 7) for the supply of warm air flows from a heat source located in the body and the flows from the exhaust gases of the basic machine engines. Herewith heated air supply branch pipes (6), which are of a larger diameter, are installed on both sides of the discharge pipe, wherein their axes are located in a horizontal plane with an axis of the discharge pipe and are inclined towards it in the direction of the initial section with the auger snow blower. Exhaust gases supply branch pipes, made of a smaller diameter, are installed on the bottom surface of the discharge pipe, and their axes are located in a vertical plane with the axis of the discharge pipe and are also inclined towards it in the direction of the auger snow blower.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the range of technical facilities for use in the construction and operation of winter roads and ice airfields, as well as in simplifying the design while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the pressure pneumatic conveying installation.
