SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a composition of unleaded aviation fuel that has MON of at least 99.6, sulfur content is less than 0.05 % by weight, CHN content is at least 98 wt% oxygen content is less than 2 wt%, refined heat of combustion is at least 43.5 MJ/kg, saturated vapor pressure is in range of 38 to 49 kPa, including a mixture comprising: from 35 vol% to 55 vol% of toluene having MON of at least 107 %; from 2 vol% to 10 vol% of aniline; from 15 vol% to 30 vol% of at least one alkylate or a mixture of alkylates having a boiling point in range from 32 °C to 60 °C and boiling temperature in range from 105 °C to 140 °C, having a boiling point T40 of less than 99 °C, T50 less than 100 °C, T90 less than 110 °C, wherein alkylate or mixture of alkylates contains isoparaffins having from 4 to 9 carbon atoms, 3 to 20 vol% of C5 isoparaffins, 3 to 15 vol% of C7 isoparaffins and 60 to 90 vol% of C8 isoparaffins, based on the alkylate or mixture of alkylates , and less than 1 vol% of C10+ hydrocarbons, based on alkylate or mixture of alkylates; from 4 vol% to less than 10 vol% of branched chain alcohols containing 8 carbon atoms, provided that the branched chain does not include tert-butyl groups; and at least 8 vol% of isopentane in an amount sufficient to achieve a saturated vapor pressure in the range of 38 to 49 kPa; wherein the fuel composition contains less than 1 vol% of C8 aromatic hydrocarbons.
EFFECT: result consists in production of high-octane unleaded aviation fuel in accordance with ASTM D910 standard, which has a high resistance to self-ignition.
