SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a composition of unleaded aviation fuel that has MON of at least 99.6, sulfur content of less than 0.05 wt %, a CHN content of at least 97.2 wt %, an oxygen content of less than 2.8 wt %, T10 is not more than 75 °C, T40 is at least 75 °C, T50 is not more than 105 °C, T90 is not more than 135 °C, the boiling point is less than 210 °C, corrected heat of combustion of at least 43.5 MJ/kg, vapor pressure in the range of 38–49 kPa, and containing: 15–40 vol % of toluene, having MON of at least 107; 2–10 vol % toluidine; 30 to 55 vol % of at least one alkylate or alkylate mixture, having a boiling range of 32–60 °C and a boiling range of 105–140 °C having T40 of less than 99 °C, T50 of less than 100 °C, T90 is less than 110 °C, where the alkylate or alkylate mixture contains isoparaffins with 4 to 9 carbon atoms, 3–20 vol % C5 isoparaffins, 3–15 vol % C7 isoparaffins and 60–90 vol % C8 isoparaffins, based on alkylate or alkylate mixture, and less than 1 vol % C10+ based on alkylate or alkylate mixture; 4–10 vol. % Branched alkyl acetate, having a branched chain alkyl group with 4 to 8 carbon atoms; and 8–26 vol % of isopentane in an amount, sufficient to reach a vapor pressure in the range of 38–49 kPa; the fuel composition containing less than 1 % by volume of C8 aromatic compounds.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a high-octane aviation fuel composition having a low oxygen content and meeting ASTM D910 requirements for aviation fuel.
