SUBSTANCE: invention is directed to systems and methods for treating oil-containing raw materials. Method for purifying oil products from heteroatom compounds is, for example, mixing a treated hydrocarbon feedstock containing heteroatoms, with a base in the form of hydroxides containing an element of group IA or IIA or a mixture thereof at a predetermined temperature and pressure to separate the hydrocarbon product from the heteroatoms, as a base, aqueous solutions of lithium, sodium, potassium, calcium and barium hydroxide, their mixtures or mixtures containing these hydroxides, mixing of hydrocarbonaceous feedstock containing heteroatoms with an aqueous base solution is carried out with heating in a separate mixer for saponification of heteroatomic compounds, followed by removal of a part of the water, after which the hydrocarbon product is pumped into a heated distillation cube to maintain this product in a suspended state and to gradually remove the kerosene fraction from it, fractions of diesel fuel, transformer oil fractions and oil fractions for lithium greases and evacuation of the distillation residue for neutralization, wherein aqueous solutions of lithium, sodium, potassium, calcium and barium hydroxide, a mixture thereof, or mixtures containing these hydroxides, are used in a volume from half the stoichiometric to excess with respect to the stoichiometric, mixing of hydrocarbonaceous feedstock containing heteroatoms with an aqueous base solution is carried out in a separate mixer with its heating to remove water from the raw material in the mixer, and for the distillation, a heated distillation cube is used, which is equipped with a vapor eliminator and separate stirrer to reduce the formation of foam in the cube while distilling off the vapors, while for the heating of the distillation cube a gas or liquid fuel burner is used to remove flue gases to the labyrinth under the bottom of the distillation cube, and from there – under the bottom of the mixer.
