SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Ice cream with an of Manchurian aralia extract production method includes introduction into the resulting product of the nanostructured additive comprising the Manchurian aralia extract in sodium alginate, or nanostructured additive including the Manchurian aralia extract in the konjac gum, or the nanostructured additive including the Manchurian aralia extract in carrageenan, or nanostructured additive comprising the Manchurian aralia extract in the sodium carboxymethylcellulose, or nanostructured additive comprising the Manchurian aralia extract in the xanthan gum, or nanostructured additive including the Manchurian aralia extract in the gellan gum, or nanostructured additive including the Manchurian aralia extract in the agar-agar, or nanostructured additive including the Manchurian aralia extract in the high- or low-esterified apple or citrus pectin at the rate of 1.2 g of nanostructured additive per 1,000 g of the finished ice cream.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce the ice cream with organoleptic properties, characteristic of this type of product, without foreign flavors and odors, enriched with the eleuterococcus nanostructured dry extract.
