SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying apparatuses, namely, to assemblies of aerodynamic dryers of a combined type, and can be used in the agricultural and medical industry. Device for drying a grinded food product comprises a housing having a supply pipe of a crushed product, a drying outlet of a dried product, a nozzle for supplying a heat transfer medium, and inside the housing there is a rotating shaft with crushing-grinding blades having a bearing assembly. According to the invention, the bearing assembly includes a first radial bearing disposed at the bottom of the bearing assembly closed by the lower cover, and a second thrust bearing located at the top of the bearing assembly at the location of the rotating shaft on it.

EFFECT: expansion of the shaft speed range while simplifying the maintenance of the device.
