FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying equipment and can be used in food, chemical and other industries. Aerodynamic dryer of combined type comprises a conveyor for feeding raw material to modified material grinder (IMD), a heat generator - a source of hot air, a fan-exhauster of high pressure hot air, a cylinder core with wrong cone (KS), wind dryer (AC), including a piping kit , with final drying cylinder of nozzle, a braking system; and two outlet cyclones, suction pipes, two hammer mills, cyclone scales. Modified material grinder (IMD) is serially fitted with knives, provided reduced pressure vessel, and air flow of crushed material to column-mixer, consisting of a cylinder, which provides vortex generation function based on Rankine principle. Cylinder outlet has a conical shape to facilitate withdrawal of product in braking system and entry into fluidised bed system in a turbulent swirling flow, output from cylinder of modified material grinder designed as Laval nozzles for acceleration, further a system divergence flow smoothing and system counter flows, made with an angle of 120 degrees, aspiration system is made using a cyclone, and grinding system are provided, high pressure fan, which supplies coolant from heat source with required amount, pressure, temperature. Method ensures optimum selected drying temperature, maximum area of interaction of drying agent with dried material, impact of external forces on material to be dried, removal of saturated water vapour of air mass.

EFFECT: technical result is avoiding pre-crushing, squeezing and no loss of vitamins due to use of combined method of drying (vortex, fluidisation method of separation and counter flow).
