FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: birotary compressor contains a body, outer and inner shafts are rotatably mounted in the body, disks are installed on the shafts, ring rims of the working blades are fixed in the space between the disks, forming a cascade of low pressure, the inlet of the flowing part of which is connected with the input channel of the body, and the output – with the input of the ring rotary chamber. In the ring rotary chamber, an annular deflector is mounted, and its outlet is connected with a radial channel made in the disk fixed on the outer shaft, in which the rims of the working blades are assembled, forming a cascade of high pressure, outlet of the flow part of which is connected with the output channel of the body, while in the output channel of the body there is a diffuser and a rectifying grid, designed to reduce the twisting of the air flow at the outlet of the compressor.

EFFECT: invention can be used in production of gas turbine engines.
