FIELD: motor vehicle industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry and can be applied to provide the motor vehicle steerable wheels toe-in automatic adjustment in the course of travel. Device includes steerable wheels, axles with swivel cams, bushings, rings, mounted on these rings and connected into the electric bridge (EB) strain gauges, electric power supply source (EPSS), electric signal amplifier (ESA), electromagnetic coil, switchgear, container with the working fluid, pump, fixed on the steering rod hydraulic cylinder, in one of the tips of which there is an eccentric body of a ball joint with a leash connected via the rod to the rod of the hydraulic cylinder. There is also an ohmmeter, which positive terminal (PT) is connected to the EB C and D points through the switches, and its negative terminal is to the “ground” and between the EB point A and the EPSS PT a switch is installed, and between the EB point B, EPSS PT and “ground” a three-position switch is installed and between the EB point B and the EB lower part each of the strain gauges switches are installed, and ESA has a switch.
EFFECT: possibility of the electric bridge load cells resistance measuring during operation in order to monitor their equality among themselves and, if necessary, their replacement in timely manner and, thus, increasing the device operation reliability and accuracy.
