FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing rubber products, in particular flexible reinforced high pressure hoses. Method of manufacturing hose-type rubber-cord shells is that the mandrel is applied to the diaphragm sealing rubber layers and bearing cord layers on which the plant mounting flanges and the outer ring are built up. Before installing the mounting flanges and outer rings on the mandrel with a diaphragm, a movable cylindrical glass with fixatives and fixing screws is wound up on each side, movable cylindrical cups fixed on the mandrel by means of locking screws, above the sealing rubber layer is applied with a tension-bearing layers of cords and fixed by piercing them through the latches of both movable cylindrical cup, then the cord layers are stretched during installation in the mold. Technical result is achieved in that the bearing layers of the cord is first fixed by the claimed device, while eliminating the carcass replanting, and then tensioned by mounting in the mold.
EFFECT: invention can be used in the manufacture of rubber-cord hoses.
