SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means for encoding and converting binary data into a probability form. Device converts the binary position code by means of generating, on the parallel outputs of the generator, of the uniformly distributed random sequences of the n-bit binary number arriving at the inputs of the binary decoder. Moreover, the operation is repeated several times, the number of which is equal to the weight of the converted number, since the number of units in the probability mapping shall coincide with the weight of the original data.
EFFECT: increased speed and accuracy of conversion.
