FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fluid nozzle comprises an integral cylindrical body including a fluid channel having a fluid channel axis positioned coaxially inside the cylindrical body from a fluid inlet port at the proximal end to a slit outlet at the distal end. The fluid channel further comprises a plurality of cylindrical sub-channels. Each of the plurality of the sub-channels has a sub-channel axis parallel to the axis of the fluid channel starting from the inlet and passing through the slit outlet. Each of the cylindrical sub-channels is formed by a bore starting from the proximal end of the cylindrical body and ending with opposite semi-spherical surfaces of collision at the slit outlet. The slit opening may be cross-shaped. The embodiments of the nozzles are substantially different from the composite flames of the fluid jets having a horizontal and vertical component, i.e. substantially two-vectored. The disclosed nozzles are modular and can be easily installed or removed from a given fluid spraying system, a nozzle head or devices determined by any given application.
EFFECT: providing more possibilies to control variable parameters of jets sprayed by means of nozzles: flow rate of fluid, size of drops formed in ejection outlet hole, shape of the jet and spraying angle.
