FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a curing composition for multi-component mortar used for anchoring fasteners in drilled holes, with the exception of coatings. Curing composition contains the following components in wt%: (a) from 55 to 70% of at least one amine selected from the group consisting of aliphatic amines, alicyclic amines and aromatic amines, wherein the amine contains per molecule, on average, at least two reactive hydrogen atoms bonded to a nitrogen atom, as a curing agent, and (b) 30 to 45% of a novolac resin of the following formula (I), wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently of one another, are hydrogen, a linear or branched alkyl radical having 1 to 15 carbon atoms, n is a number from 1 to 12, as an accelerator. Multicomponent mortar comprises (A) a resin component comprising, as a curable compound, at least one epoxy resin that contains on average more than one epoxy group per molecule, and optionally at least one reactive diluent, and (B) a curing component comprising the above-mentioned curing composition. Resin component and / or curing agent optionally contain inorganic or organic compounds.
.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a curing agent, the use of which leads to rapid and complete curing of the multicomponent mortar, including at low temperatures, and to ensure the possibility of high loads on the cured mortar at low (+5°C) and high (+50°C) temperatures, and also increases creep resistance at high temperatures (+50°C).
