Throttle flow valve includes a throttle body formed of a plurality of ribbed plates that follow each other in an axial direction and fill the transverse cross-section of the throttle body perpendicularly to the axial direction. Each ribbed plate consists of a plurality of ribs extending parallel to each other and perpendicular to the axial direction, which are located at a distance from each other with the preservation of gaps between the ribs. Ribs of each two successive ribbed plates are not parallel to each other. Plumbing sprayer contains the area of sprayer inlet with the inlet of sprayer, the outlet area of the sprayer with the sprayer outlet and the passage for the water flow passage from the sprayer inlet to the sprayer outlet. Inside the water passage there is the above described flow restrictor.

EFFECT: reducing noise and reducing water consumption.
