SUBSTANCE: invention relates to appliances for oral care. Oral care device comprises a handle and a head having a front surface and an opposite rear surface. Head comprises support structure and monolithic cleaning unit. Monolithic cleaning unit comprises a main part connected to the support structure and forming part of the front surface of the head, and a plurality of bristles extending from the main portion and protruding from the head front surface. At least one of the plurality of bristles comprises a body having an outer surface extending along a longitudinal axis from the proximal end, which adjoins monolithic cleaning unit main part, to distal end, which is located at a distance from head front surface, and a plurality of longitudinally elongated ribs extending from the outer body surface at a distance from each other along the circumference. Plurality of longitudinally elongated ribs extend from the upper end, which is located at a first distance from the distal end of the body, to the lower end, which is located at second distance from proximal end of body, where end part of body does not contain long elongated ribs. Combination of various types of bristles forms an indivisible part with a monolithic cleaning unit of the head of the oral care appliance.

EFFECT: accessory allows cleaning both teeth, tongue and user's mouth soft tissues.
