SUBSTANCE: symmetrical wing flange of the aircraft includes a structural spacer that includes a central spacer plane and a plurality of stiffening ribs, and is symmetrical with respect to said central plane. Protrusion is formed on the periphery of the symmetrical rib structure, and the fastening hole is formed in said projection and comprises a central line of the fastening hole aligned with the centre plane of the spacer. In the structural spacer, a notch is formed near the said fixing hole, and the two support posts are connected to said protrusion on opposite sides of this cutout. Method characterizes the process of making the rib.
