FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine and can be applied for surgical suturing of tissues. Disposable loading unit can contain holder, anvil unit, connected with possibility of travel with holder, and unit of axial supply drive. Holder serves as support for placement in it of staple cartridge. Unit of axial supply drive is made with possibility of travel in distal direction from initial position into terminal position on staple cartridge in response to driving movement. Surgical instrument suturing with staples transmits drive movement to unit of axial supply drive. On, at least, one of anvil unit and case placed is indicator of insertion/cutting for indication of unit of axial supply drive in its bringing into operation from initial position into terminal position.
EFFECT: increased functionality.
