FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmacology and veterinary medicine, in particular to the development of a veterinary drug in the form of a powder for the prevention and treatment of helminthiases and animal arachno-myiases. Drug product contains, as an antiparasitic principle, avermectin hemisuccinate B_1a or avermectin hemisuccinate B_1a and abamectin. As an immunomodulating substance, use melanins of the buckwheat plant, perlite as the adsorbent, and isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol and distilled water serve as the liquid basis for active ingredients. Ingredients of the drug product are presented at a certain ratio of components, mass%: avermectins substances 1.25–1.75; melanins 0.6–1.2; isopropyl alcohol 35.0–45.0; propylene glycol 8.0–10.0; perlite 20.1–28.3 and distilled water to 100.

EFFECT: invention provides high therapeutic efficacy in helminthiases and arachno-myiases of animals due to the creation of a drug with a convenient application form – a powder, as well as the inclusion of buckwheat melanins in the drug, which increase the immune status of the organism.
