FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building and may be used for the processing equipment vibration isolation, including weaving looms. Two-stage vibration isolator with damper is made in the form of two-stage frame consisting of in-series connected and identical frames: the upper and lower frames, with upper and lower resilient damping elements, respectively, coaxially placed therein. Upper and lower frames are made in the form of coaxially arranged truncated cone rigid shells, the upper and lower ones. Each of shells upper base is the rigid disk connected thereto, in each of which the upper and lower resilient damping elements, respectively, rest against by the upper ends, and each of the truncated cone shells lower base is made open and intended for installation of at least two inclined resilient elements, as well as at least two connected to the base vertical resilient elements. Inclined elastic elements are located in the truncated cone shells peripheral part, and the vertical resilient elements are connected to the truncated cone lower shell lower end part by their upper ends, and by the lower ends is to the base, at that, the resilient elements are installed in planes with a shift of 90°. Upper resilient-damping element is located between the upper and lower frames, is made in the form of cylindrical helical spring, which turns are covered with the vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane. Lower elastic-damping element is located between the lower frame and the base, is made in the form of vibration-damping gasket rigidly connected to the damper, comprising the body and piston arranged therein. Body is made in the form of cylinder with bottom, in which piston is located, made in the form of cup with parallel to each other and coaxial to the body upper and lower collars, which are located relative to the body inner surface with the gap. Between the collars a friction material is located. Spring located between the piston and the body bottom rests against the piston lower surface, wherein the cavity between the piston and the body bottom, in which the spring is located is filled with a friction material with a higher friction coefficient. Piston upper collar upper surface rests against the elastic ring connected to the locking member made, for example, in the form of a locking ring fixed in the groove of the body cylinder inner surface. Through the resilient ring the locking element contacts the piston upper collar upper surface, holding it in its original state. As the located between the piston collars friction material, a sintered friction material based on copper containing zinc, iron, lead, graphite, vermiculite, copper, chromium, antimony and silicon is used. Located between the piston and the body bottom spring is made in the form of a conical spring, which turns are covered with a vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane. Obliquely arranged upper frame resilient elements, as well as the lower frame vertical resilient elements are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs.

EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness.
