FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering. Vibration isolator consists of successively connected and coaxially arranged rigid shells of truncated cone: upper and lower. In each shell, an elastic-damping element is coaxially arranged in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Upper base of each of the shells is a hard drive connected to them. Disk is supported by upper ends of elastic-damping elements. Lower base of each shell is open for installation of elastic elements. Elastic elements are installed in planes with shift of 90°. Vertical elastic elements in the form of cylindrical helical springs with their upper ends are connected with the lower end part of the lower shell, and the lower ends – with the base. Inclined elastic elements are located in the peripheral part of the shells and comprise a body and an elastomeric elastic member. Body is made in the form of two opposed flanges of square or rectangular shape, rigidly connected with the elastomer. Flanges have fastening elements in the form of holes in the corners.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
