SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Screw for blocking osteosynthesis of fractures of the bones of the musculoskeletal system is a device with a screw thread and a head with a conical screw thread. Screw is made with elongated head, a conical screw thread with a three-threaded thread under the bonnet, up to half the length of the head, and then downwards, to the end of the head there is no thread, its diameter decreases to the level of the diameter of the screwless barrel of the screw, with subsequent threadless space and further threading approximately 1/3 of the length of the screw at its end.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable fixation and simplification of osteosynthesis procedure.
