FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the open mining of minerals, in particular, for the quaternary stripping rocks re-laying previously laid in the hydraulic fill with the hydraulic mining means, in order to provide access to the geo-resources which lie under the hydraulic fill. Method comprises the trench formation on the border of the filled into the hydraulic fill rocks to be developed and not to be developed, the protective dam formation, filled into the hydraulic fill rocks movement beyond the protective dam. At that, the hydraulic fill is divided into three zones, each with the rocks characteristic physical and mechanical properties, for development of which the hydraulic mining means system is used, at that, first, at least one suction dredger is used to develop the third zone watered unconsolidated clay rocks, after the mine workings depth in the third filling zone will allow the slurry gravity flow from the hydraulic monitor to the dredge, performing the second zone loamy rocks hydraulic monitor washing-out, next, for the first zone sandy-sandy-loamy rocks development, including the embankment dams rocks, using the hydraulic system with the earthmoving rocks excavation and their transfer to the mud, followed by the hydraulic monitor jet washing-out, which slurry is used for the separation dam and protective dam formation on the not subjected to transfer hydraulic fill part, with the previously filled rocks insufficient consolidation degree, then forming the separation dam by the suction dredger, for this, along the line dividing the rocks filled into the hydraulic fill rocks into the to be developed and not to be developed, forming the slit-trench, which is filled with the hydraulic fill first zone rocks slurry, and extracted at that rock in the form of slurry is filled over the protective dam, which, with the previously filled rocks sufficient consolidation degree into the hydraulic fill not to be developed part, is formed from their surface layer.
EFFECT: technical result is the provision of safe access to geo-resources, which lie under the hydraulic fill, by their open mining method.
