FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to acoustics, in particular to horn acoustic systems. Speaker system includes a speaker, as well as a rear horn located at the back of the speaker for the reproduction of low-frequency sound, made in the form of a contour expanding according to a predetermined calculation, consisting of the entrance throat, the opening and the outlet. According to the invention, the system further includes a front horn for sound reproduction in the high frequency and midrange ranges, while both horns are made in the form of a single body with the ability to mount in this case the speaker. Acoustic horn is provided with a compensation element for restoring the calculated horn profile in the region of its throat, where the profile formed by the body is disturbed by the seat for attaching the speaker. Method of manufacturing the acoustic system includes the creation of a graphic model of the system casing, the division of the model into parts, the manufacture of parts of the casing and their connection, and fixing in the case of the speaker. Graphic model of the enclosure of the acoustic system includes both the front and rear horns, united in a single body, and the division of the model is carried out in two parts, symmetrical with respect to the plane of the central vertical section.
EFFECT: improved quality of sound transmission.
