SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used to select the tactics of chemoradiotherapy after resection of a relapse of malignant brain glioma. Method includes carrying out a morphological study of the operating material, the appointment of a repeated course of irradiation, chemotherapy. In carrying out the morphological study, transmission electron microscopy of the surgical material of the brain substance at the border with the peripheral glioma recurrence zone is also performed, revealing at least 5 capillaries. If there are signs of apoptosis of capillary endotheliocytes in less than 20 % of capillaries, prescribe radiotherapy in a mode of hypofractionation with simultaneous chemotherapy according to the chosen standard regimen. If there are signs of apoptosis of capillary endotheliocytes in the range of 20 to 40 % of capillaries, prescribe a second course of radiotherapy in the classical fractionation mode followed by chemotherapy. If there are signs of apoptosis of endotheliocytes more than 40 % of capillaries, the repeated course of radiation therapy is not performed.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to individualize the appointment of a second course of radiotherapy, to ensure a good tolerability of treatment in full, to increase the life expectancy of patients.
