SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for visual representation of data and for visual reproduction of information in open areas. This result is achieved by means of a base fixed to the base of the fixing rods. At the free end of each of the rods, a mosaic element is fastened with a spike, the spike and the fixing rod form an axis of attachment with the possibility of movement of the mosaic element, the mosaic element is covered with a part of the image, which, together with neighboring mosaic elements, forms a single image, while a portion of the fastening rods are of an increased length, and the mosaic element fixed to this fastening rod is of a larger size, the mosaic element is fixed with the possibility of movement around the fastening axis, rocking along the axis of fastening and turning on the axis of fastening under the influence of wind or streams of air masses.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increased durability and average life of the decorative mosaic panel.
