SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of presentation of design, advertising and construction, and in particular to devices for displaying images by reflecting light radiation used in the manufacture of a wide range of design works, advertising signs, billboards, panels, etc. The effect is achieved by the fact that in a reflective decorative panel containing a monolithic base, which is a panel module, with cantilever elements made solid with the base, on which movable reflective elements are placed using holes, while connecting elements are made on the edge sections of the base to connect the modules , according to the invention, each connecting element is made in steps: with the first protrusion and the second protrusion on one side and with the protruding element extending from the first protrusion, with the formation of a groove under it on the other side, and the connecting elements are made with the possibility of rigid connection of the panels due to the occurrence of the protrusions and grooves of one panel into reciprocal grooves and protrusions of another panel. The panel according to the invention is made with a frame in the form of profile strips, provided with connecting elements, with the possibility of a rigid connection of the frame with the panel due to the entry of the protrusions and grooves of the frame into the reciprocal grooves and protrusions of the panel. The connecting elements of the panel are made with high precision. Cantilever elements according to the invention consist of a body, a holder and a fixing head, the body being made with hangers having the function of limiting the movement of the POE horizontally, while the body is made with a cavity in which the holder is located in the form of a semi-cylinder with a complex profile and connected by a flat side to the body ; in this case, the holder passes into the fixing head with a single flat surface of the holder and the upper part of the head, and the lower part of the fixing head has a larger diameter than the holder and forms a protruding section above the holder, and the fixing head is narrowed towards the free end in the form of a truncated cone.
