FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: movable support and method of using it to support and control growth of various plant species, such as grapes or similar plants, in which at least some of branches are buried in ground during cold season. Movable support consists of deformable element to which branches to be buried in ground are tied and which has first free end and second end fixed in ground, while first free end is suitable for alternating immersion in ground or engagement over horizontal wire) that supports branches of plant being grown.
EFFECT: proposed device and method will make it easier and faster to perform operations necessary for digging branches into ground for winter and returning them to open air at the end of cold season.
