FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular viticulture. The fastening device comprises a connecting means (1, 201, 301, 401) adapted to locate the said device near the front column (PE) of the said row, a guiding means (2) and a plurality of means (3) for fastening the wire, which are slidably connected to the guiding means (2). At that the guiding means (2) comprises a plurality of guiding parts (4A, 4B, 4C, 4D), forming a corresponding plurality of tracks for moving the mobile wires (F', F''), distributed on mutually opposite sides of a row of the plants. The tracks for movement are oriented transversely with respect to the direction of extension of moving the mobile wires (F', F''). The said means (3) for fastening the wire are made with the ability to receive only a single mobile wire (F', F'') in such a way, so that each of the mobile wires (F', F'') can be independently moved along one of the tracks for movement.
EFFECT: device enables to control effectively the growth, provided for all plants grown in a row.
