SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of well production by horizontally located chambers of loose minerals when developing them at any depth with the help of deviating boreholes. Method of hydraulic borehole mining of loose and watered minerals by horizontal chambers by washing out their working fluid includes the construction of wells and the RIH of the hydraulic bore mining unit. To implement the hydraulic bore mining process, a deviating borehole is drilled, it is equipped with a production string in its horizontal part, which has nozzles of the jet gun and receiving openings closed by hermetic devices, with the help of the device for cutting off the sealers of the production string, a bottom-hole packer is installed and sealers are cut off in the shoe of the production string, hydraulic bore mining unit is run into the hole, which forms suction and discharge lines with the production string, with a packer separating the production string into the discharge and suction parts, hydraulic washing-out is performed and minerals are transferred from the development interval to the pulp-lifting string and further to the ground surface. In this case, a device for cutting off the sealers of the production string and installing a downhole packer for downhole hydraulic bore mining operations, including a mandrel, which is rigidly fixed to the tubing with the help of the adapter, characterized in that the mandrel is in the form of dies with spring-loaded centralizers freely moving in the die holder in the radial direction thorough the sliding of the conical nut along their inner surface, which moves along the thread of the rotating shaft, on which a removable downhole packer with a fixer and a valve sealing the shoe is fixed.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of hydraulic bore mining is provided.
