DEVICE FOR AMPLIFYING AND SAMPLING THE ULTRAWIDEBAND SIGNAL Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H03F3/189 H03F1/42

Abstract RU 2662698 C1

FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular to ultra-wideband devices, and can find application in radio communication systems, radiolocation and electronic warfare. Reviled a device for amplifying and sampling an ultra-wideband signal, comprising a first mixer connected in series, a bandpass filter, a high-frequency amplifier, a second mixer, a first low-pass filter (LPF), and also including first and second heterodynes output connected to the first and second mixers respectively, and a reference oscillator which outputs are connected to the inputs of the first and second heterodyne, the device being provided with a third mixer, its first input is connected to the output of the high-frequency amplifier, and the second input is connected to the second heterodyne via a phase shifter, the output of the third mixer being connected to a second LPF, the outputs of the first and second LPF are connected to a series-connected quadrature ACP, a quadrature interpolation block, an analytic signal generating unit, a fourth mixer and a real frequency signal extraction unit, at that the second input of the fourth mixer is connected to the output of the second analytical signal generating unit, its first input is connected to the first output of the digital heterodyne, and the second input is connected to the second output of the digital heterodyne via the phase shifter.

EFFECT: technical result is the amplification and discretization of the ultra-wideband signal without its spectral distortion, with the preservation of the waveform and the maximum approximation in characteristics to the original signal.
