SUBSTANCE: feature of the claimed digital active phased array (DAPA) is that the second output of the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for each transceiver module (TM) is connected to the eighth input of programmable logic integrated circuit (PLIC) via a data bus, the tenth PLIC output is connected to a third input of the CPU through the sixth output of each TM and the data bus. CPU for a given user DAPA mode provides frequency tuning commands to the first and second coherent microwave oscillators, commands setting the periods of probing pulses repetition and duration into a synchronizer, set commands of the starting phase and signal amplitude individually for each TM, common signal modulation parameters and reception strobe in PLIC of each TM.
EFFECT: lowering of digital data volume formed in each TM and a peak rate of their transmission to the CPU.
