FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method and systems for milling a guide window in a casing string. Method for milling a guide window in a casing string includes the steps of: introducing a milling assembly comprising a deflecting tool, inside the first wellbore and the first operating mode of the said milling assembly is used to create a guide window in the casing of said first wellbore. Then, the said deflecting tool is fixed in said first wellbore and a second mode of operation of said milling assembly is used to start the second wellbore through said guiding window.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of the drilling time.
