SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to controlled directional drilling. Retractable wedge oriented subassembly contains retractable wedge device including deflecting surface, which is made with possibility to direct cutting tool towards casing side wall for creation of output from casing string; and orienting adapter containing upper coupling functionally engaged with retractable wedge device, and lower coupling, at least, partially engaged with upper coupling, moving in azimuthal direction relative to upper coupling with unfolded configuration and fixed in azimuthal direction relative to upper coupling with folded configuration.
EFFECT: enabling reduction of drilling duration.
