FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to a system for processing the material, namely the processing of tailings discharged from the ore processing system. System for processing tailings discharged from a system for processing ore and containing coarse-grained waste rock, a fine fraction of gangue, a large-sized valuable product and a fine fraction of a valuable product, includes a device for classifying, second device for classification, flotation device for coarse fractionation and a fine particle flotation device configured to separate a coarse-grained valuable product, a coarse gritty waste, a fine fraction of a valuable product, and a shallow fraction of an empty rock. In one embodiment, the classification device is arranged to separate the coarse gritty waste material and the coarse-grained valuable product from the shallow fraction of the waste rock and the fine fraction of the valuable product. Second classification device is designed to further classify a large-sized valuable product from a coarse gritty waste material coming from said device for classification. Device for flotation of a coarse fraction is made with the possibility of separating the coarse gritty waste material from the coarse-grained valuable product coming from the second device for classification. Device for flotation of fine particles is arranged to separate a fine fraction of a valuable product from a shallow fraction of an empty rock coming from said classification device from said second classification device, or both. Alternatively, the recycling system is configured to direct the coarse gritty waste material and the coarse-grained valuable product from the categorization device to the coarse-grained flotation device in order to separate the coarse-grained valuable product from the coarse-grained gangue, sending a large-sized valuable product from a flotation device for large pieces to a second classification device for the purpose of further classifying a large-sized valuable product in order to separate from it any of the shallow fraction of the waste rock and the fine fraction of the valuable product that could pass through the coarse flotation device together with said large-lump valuable product; and the direction of the fine fraction of the waste rock and the fine fraction of the valuable product from said device for classification into a device for flotation of fine particles in order to separate the fine fraction of the valuable product from the shallow fraction of the waste rock.
EFFECT: increased processing efficiency of tailings of enrichment.
