FIELD: waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the enrichment and processing of production waste in a closed system of an environmental technology park. The feedstock is divided into size classes, magnetic separation is carried out to obtain magnetic and non-magnetic fractions. The non-magnetic fraction is crushed to a size of -40+0 mm and fed to the first stage of classification for separation into fractions of size -40+20 mm, -20+3 mm and -3+0 mm. Fraction -3+0 mm is fed to stage II of classification to obtain fractions -3+1 mm, -1+0.2 mm, 0.2+0.02 mm and -0.02+0 mm. Fraction -3+1 mm is subjected to stage I of gravity enrichment to obtain a light fraction and a heavy fraction. The heavy fraction is crushed to a particle size of -1+0 mm and fed to the second stage of gravity enrichment to obtain light and heavy fractions. Fraction -1+0.2 mm is subjected to electroseparation to obtain conductive and non-conductive fractions. Fraction -0.2+0.02 mm is subjected to flotation to obtain concentrate and tailings, fraction -0.02+0 mm is combined with flotation tailings and subjected to hydrometallurgical processing. Light fractions I and II stages of gravitational enrichment are combined with a non-conductive fraction of electroseparation, a flotation concentrate containing unburned carbon, and a fraction of -40+20 mm and subjected to gasification. The -20+3 mm fraction is combined with gasification slags.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the completeness of processing of production waste and an increase in the resource efficiency of the functioning of the environmental technology park.
