SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to a method for direct lymphotropic therapy in case of endometritis in cows. This method includes endonodular administration of medicinal drugs. Such drugs as ronkoleykin and tseftonit are used, they are injected alternately via one needle into the lymph node of the precrural node 1 time per day in half daily doses, uteroton is administered intramuscularly once a day in a dose of 10 ml, with the course of therapy carried out for 5 days.

EFFECT: use of the invention will ensure the delivery of medicinal drugs directly to the inflammation area, improve the microcirculation of the uterus and ovaries, and also reduce the adverse medicinal drug effect on the animal's organism due to a decrease in the daily and the course dose of the medicinal drugs.
