SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and represents a method of treating cows suffering from mastitis, comprising alternately administering lymphotropically, through a single needle of medicaments. According to invention, Ribotan and Lexoflon are used as medicaments in half daily doses and are introduced intranodulyarno in supra-lymph nodes once a day, externally applied Trauma-gel 2 times a day, with therapy conducted for 3 days.
EFFECT: invention provides opportunity to conduct highly effective therapy of cows having mastitis, which ensures delivery of drugs directly to the place of inflammation, strengthening lymph drainage, improving uterine microcirculation and reducing the cost of therapy, which is achieved by reducing the daily dose of drugs.
