SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to devices for regulating the speed of electric motors and can be used in domestic and industrial instruments, devices for special purposes. Device for stabilizing the rotational speed of a single-phase collector motor comprises a rectifier connected to a pulse-width converter, to which a single-phase commutator motor is connected, shunted in series by a reverse diode and a discharge resistor, the common point of which is connected to the control system, in parallel to which the trimmer is connected. Switching device is connected to the control system and to the pulse-width converter.

EFFECT: elimination of a static error in the frequency of rotation of the motor shaft, which occurs when the shock mode of operation.
