FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprising input rectifying bridge, a capacitor, transistor bridge and reverse diode bridge, single-phase asynchronous motor, drivers, logic inverter and control voltage setter is equipped additionally with voltage-frequency converter, four-digit binary counter, four biased multivibrators and two multiplexors. Introduction of additional digital elements allows attaining of technical result consisting in simple and reliable method of control signal generating for the frequency converter, which ensures smooth start-up and regulation of the motor rotation speed within the whole operating range at maintenance of stable running torque.

EFFECT: rather limited set of standard and widely known microcircuit chips characterised by low cost, weight and dimensions is used for implementation of device.
