SUBSTANCE: device includes base, on which the rod holder is mounted, rotational disc, upon which rotation the rod mounted thereon has possibility of vertical displacement, hooking mechanism consisting of solenoid and levers system, and the spring bobber with fastening for connection to the hooking mechanism. Device also includes connected to the rotary disc axis electric motor, a potentiometer installed in-series in the motor power circuit, switch installed in-series with the electric motor and potentiometer into the electric power circuit, and storage battery. Device implements the fishing method, in which, due to the rotary disc shape, with its rotation the rod alternately moves down and up. When biting, the spring bobber signals by the sharp jerking, after which the fish line pulling is performed manually. If the bite was missed, the hooking mechanism hooks the fish automatically.

EFFECT: invention enables increase in the tackle catch efficiency.
